Our Scripture reading today is Psalm 89:34-37.
 
Verse 34, "My covenant will I not break, nor alter the thing that is gone out of my lips."
 
There are numerous things that have changed in the last 20 years.  Some changes have been for the good, while many changes have taken people further and further away from God.  There continues to be Someone Who does not change.  Malachi 3:6, "For I am the LORD, I change not;"  God always keeps His promises!  His Word can be trusted.  Titus 1:2, "In hope of eternal life, which God, that cannot lie, promised before the world began."
 
We can all rest assured that every prophecy and promise in the Word of God will be fulfilled in His time.  While the times and seasons of life around us can change almost daily, our anchor must remain. in His Word.  Hebrews 6:18-19, "That by two immutable things, in which it was impossible for God to lie, we might have a strong consolation, who have fled for refuge to lay hold upon the hope set before us: Which hope we have as an anchor of the soul, both sure and stedfast, and which entereth into that within the veil;"
 
If you have neglected His Word, get back to the Anchor!!
