Our Scripture reading today is 1 Peter 5:5-7. 
Verse 7, "Casting all your care upon him; for he careth for you."
This may be one of the verses we hear quoted the most, and yet I'm not sure we are taking God at His Word as often as we should be. The key word today when I read this verse is, "ALL." There isn't any cares that you or I should be worried about.  The promise is very clear.  Every single burden we have is to be cast onto the Lord and He will take care of them.  I wrote in the margin of my Bible, "God will take care of my cares much better than me."  Even in this act of the will, we are yielding to God's will in the cares we are giving Him. 
Are there any cares in your life today that you are still carrying?  It's time to not just hear or read this verse. It's time to be a doer of this verse and cast ALL of your cares on Him!
