Our Scripture reading today is Romans 3:3-4.
Verse 3, "For what if some did not believe? shall their unbelief make the faith of God without effect?"
The world around us is not getting closer to God. For the most part, the world is moving further and further away from God. I think this is quite obvious to the majority of Christians. It is important that we not allow the spirit of antichrist to weaken our faith. Jesus Christ preached in the Sermon on the Mount that the way to eternal life in Heaven is narrow. Matthew 7:14, "Because strait is the gate, and narrow is the way, which leadeth unto life, and few there be that find it." Our hope is not in the majority. Our hope is in the builder and maker. Hebrews 11:10, "For he looked for a city which hath foundations, whose builder and maker is God." He is almighty, unchangeable God. He is our loving Heavenly Father. 1 John 4:9, "In this was manifested the love of God toward us, because that God sent his only begotten Son into the world, that we might live through him."
The moment we chose to accept Jesus Christ as our personal, we joined the winning side. It matters not how many players the Devil has on his team. Our God is victorious!! Claim His victory today.
