Our Scripture reading today is Proverbs 14:30, "A sound heart is the life of the flesh: but envy the rottenness of the bones."
We are reminded that how we treat and guard the inside of our body has a big impact on the outside.  The things we allow to go into our eyes and ears will surely help or harm the life of our flesh.  Envy will corrupt our inside and will weaken other areas of our life.  We ought to be thankful for what God given us.  He has provided us with more than we deserve.  I've been listening to a song a lot in recent days.  The title of it is, "Blessed Beyond Measure".  
Some days you may Lead me through green pastures
My heart drinks in deep the waters sweet
And some days you may lead me through the desert
Even then you're still the reason I can say

I am blessed beyond measure
So far beyond what's gained through earthly treasures
Whatever comes my way still my soul will say
I am blessed
