Our Scripture reading today is Luke 15:7, "I say unto you, that likewise joy shall be in heaven over one sinner that repenteth, more than over ninety and nine just persons, which need no repentance."
What a responsibility and privilege it is to share the Gospel with lost souls. We are surrounded by thousands and thousands of them here in the Vancouver area. The Lord Jesus reminds us of the value of each one. It is not probable that any of us will have the opportunity to share the Gospel with 1,000 people today. It is very probable that we will have an appointment with at least one person that we should give a Gospel tract to. There is always one. When one sinner turns to Jesus Christ for their salvation, there is a great celebration in Heaven. Luke 15:10, "Likewise, I say unto you, there is joy in the presence of the angels of God over one sinner that repenteth."
