Do You Seek Him?

Our Scripture reading today is Luke 4:42-44.

Verse 42, "And when it was day, he departed and went into a desert place: and the people sought him, and came unto him, and stayed him, that he should not depart from them."

News was spreading about the amazing teaching and healing power of the Lord Jesus.  This brought many people to hear Him and to be healed by Him.  The people were constantly seeking Jesus Christ.  They wanted as much time as possible with Him.

How much time do we set aside for Jesus?  How often do we seek after Him?  I wonder how many days in our week that the things of God get the leftover time that we have?  Does work or another relationship have more control over us than our loving Master?  Our Heavenly Father has everything we need and desires to provide it for us.  Luke 11:9, "And I say unto you, Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you."

I know I need to SEEK Him more!!
